We make every attempt to maximize your dental benefit. We are dedicated to developing a relationship with you regardless of your insurance company. We will file most insurances as a courtesy to you. We are participating providers for MetLife, Delta Dental, Cigna, and Aetna.
Given that each patient and crown are different, we do not give prices for services without evaluating the condition of the tooth. If a crown is warranted, we will explain the types of crowns and the advantages/disadvantages to the different types.
Call our office or fill out the brief questionnaire on the site and we will contact you to schedule.
Yes. They must be current and legible. Please bring all current x-rays with you. We can only give you a proper diagnosis and treatment plan with proper x-rays. We can only maximize your dental benefit with proper x-rays.
Yes during office hours. In the event of severe trauma or life threatening injuries during non-office hours please call 911.

To maintain proper, legal, and thorough practice, we update medical history verbally at every appointment and then each year, we will update your chart. Please let us know if you have had any changes in your medical history.

Dental specialist are dentist who have received advanced training in one aspect of dentistry. Just like your family physicain may refer you to a cardiologist for a closer evaluation, we use dental specialist for cases that need closer attention than what general dentistry can provide. This makes our job predictable and your result better.
All employees undergo Patient Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance training, so that we can not only safely treat you, but safely handle your patient records. We use HIPPA compliant email services when discussing treatment options with specialists, and when filing insurances.
